Once you have done with drilling the holes, you can get the shape of your cat flap accordingly.   2. We would then cut 2 new pieces of 4mm float glass (plain or pattern of your choice) to the exact size as measured, cut a hole in both pieces of glass for the cat flap and then have the glass toughened. (What is toughened glass).
  3. Approximately 2-3 day later the cat flap glass will be ready to collect from the toughening plant.
  4. We will then create a sealed doubel glazed unit which will have the hole perfectly placed for the installation of the cat flap.
  5. We will then arrange a convenient time with you to replace your current double glazed unit with the new cat flap ready double glazed sealed unit.
